We stand behind the kit components we supply.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply. Returns are straightforward. Timber is your choice and your responsibility — we supply only the bracket kit.
Consumer guarantees and defects
The bracket kit comes with the automatic consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. If a bracket or supplied hardware has a problem, email gagapitkits.australia@gmail.com with photos and a brief description of the issue. We will assess the problem and provide a repair, replacement or refund where required by law.
We do not state a fixed 12-month limit here, and nothing on this page limits your automatic consumer guarantee rights.
Returns
Change of mind: Unused kits in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost. The kit must be complete and in resaleable condition.
Defective or incorrect items: If a kit component arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can assess it and arrange the appropriate remedy. This process does not replace or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Before returning anything: Email gagapitkits.australia@gmail.com first. Do not ship items back without confirmation — we will provide the return address and instructions.
