Heavy galvanised steel corner supports, made and checked in Victoria, and backed by the maker. Unused complete kits in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Built to last
Every steel corner support is cut, folded and punched from heavy galvanised steel in Victoria and checked before it ships, so your pit is built to last. We stand behind every kit 100%: if anything is ever wrong, we will make it right. Our manufacturing warranty covers the corner supports and hardware we make, and Stewart looks after every kit personally: email stewart@gagapitkits.com.au any time.
Returns
Change of mind: Unused kits in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost. The kit must be complete and in resaleable condition.
Damaged or incorrect items: If a kit component arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Arranging a return: Email stewart@gagapitkits.com.au first and we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
