We only ask for what we need to reply.

If you request a quote, we collect the name, organisation, email address, state, postcode and any message you provide. We use these details to issue and email the quote, answer questions and follow up about the enquiry or order.

The quote details are carried in the signed quote link so you can view or download the quote without us keeping a separate customer database. Do not share that link with anyone who should not see the quote.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. Quote and order emails are sent through Resend and Gmail.

We may send a one-off introductory email to schools, churches and community groups using a contact address they publish for enquiries. Those emails are sent through Resend, include a link to unsubscribe, and we keep a list of addresses that have opted out so we never email them again.

Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies and tags help us understand visits and measure advertising. Visit-source details such as UTM values, gclid and lead source may be kept in your browser's local or session storage so we can attribute an enquiry. You can block or clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, a free tool that records how visitors move around our pages (where they scroll, click and pause) so we can make the site easier to use. Clarity masks what you type into forms, and we never see your name, email or other details through it. Learn more in Microsoft's privacy statement.
