The 80 cm kit is $549 and uses 32 sleepers. The 60 cm kit is $499 and uses 24 sleepers. Each kit has 8 brackets, galvanised bolts and hardware, printed instructions and a timber list.

Enter the organisation, contact and delivery details, choose quantity and receive a numbered PDF quote immediately and by email. It is valid for 30 days.
Step 3
Send the PO
Use the quote number as the purchase order reference and email the PO to gagapitkits.australia@gmail.com. Organisation orders use 30-day terms.
What the approval document covers.
The quote shows the selected kit, quantity, price, ABN, free delivery and validity period. The approval pack adds the practical information a business manager, principal, committee or grounds team may need: what is included, what is separate, the 5.8 m standard footprint, the 9 m x 9 m planning allowance, sleeper counts, build time and site checks.
If the organisation prefers not to use a purchase order, payment can be made by bank transfer or card online. Delivery is free Australia-wide, typically 5–10 business days from dispatch.
Plan the site before the order.
The regular octagon has eight sides of 2.4 m and is approximately 5.8 m across. Allow around 1.5 m of clear space around it. Grass, mulch, compacted gravel or synthetic grass may be suitable when assessed and prepared appropriately; no permanent foundation is required.
Before the pit opens, the organisation should check edges and fixings, remove splinters and sharp exposed edges, set supervision under its own policy and plan periodic inspection of fixings and timber.

What do I put on the PO?
Include the quote number, kit height, quantity, delivery state and postcode, and your organisation's purchasing details. Use the number supplied on the quote rather than making up a reference.
Can the quote be changed?
Request a new quote if the kit height or quantity changes. Each numbered quote is valid for 30 days and locks in the displayed price for that quote.
What happens after payment?
Once the PO or payment is accepted, the kit is prepared for dispatch. Delivery is free Australia-wide and is typically 5–10 business days from dispatch.
