Quote validity: Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.

Order confirmation: An order is confirmed when a purchase order is received from a school or organisation, or when payment is made by a direct buyer.

Pricing: All prices on the website and in quotes are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Schools and organisations: Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, or by electronic funds transfer (EFT). Invoices are issued through Stripe Invoicing.

Direct buyers: Payment is required before dispatch. Payment can be made by credit or debit card through Stripe Payment Link.

Title: Title to goods passes to the buyer on full payment.

Site suitability: The buyer is responsible for ensuring the installation site is suitable, level and safe for a gaga pit. The build guide includes site preparation guidance, but final assessment is the buyer's responsibility.

Timber selection: The buyer selects and purchases timber. The included shopping lists are suggestions only — confirm suitability with your timber supplier.

Installation: The kit is designed for DIY assembly. The buyer is responsible for safe installation, including drilling, bolting and ground preparation. If in doubt, engage a qualified tradesperson.

Safety and supervision: Gaga pit play carries inherent physical risks. The buyer is responsible for adequate supervision, maintenance of the pit and surrounding area, and compliance with any applicable school or workplace safety policies. Gaga Pit Kits Australia is not liable for injuries arising from use of the pit, except to the extent required by law.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law — including that they are of acceptable quality and reasonably fit for their disclosed purpose.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
