Taller play boundary
Four sleepers high, using 32 x 2.4 m H4 treated pine sleepers. A useful choice when the committee has space for the taller wall.
For community ministries and youth programs
A durable, organised activity area for a church grounds team or youth group, with practical site planning and a quote that can be taken to a committee.
The standard pit is a regular octagon with eight sides of 2.4 m and is approximately 5.8 m across. Allow about 1.5 m of clear space around it for people moving in and out, adult supervision and access for maintenance. An overall planning allowance of roughly 9 m by 9 m is useful.
A church or youth group can assess a level area on grass, mulch, compacted gravel or synthetic grass. There is no permanent foundation, but the organisation should confirm drainage, access, surface condition and its own child-safety and supervision requirements before opening the pit.

For organisations
The kit supplies brackets, galvanised bolts and hardware, printed instructions and a timber list. The committee can see the timber, tools and labour that sit outside the kit price.
Choose the kit and quantity on the quick quote form. The site returns a numbered PDF quote valid for 30 days, showing the ABN, total and free delivery. Use the quote number on a purchase order or as the reference for a bank transfer. Card payment is also available online.
For organisation orders, purchase orders use 30-day terms. Delivery is free Australia-wide and usually takes 5–10 business days from dispatch. The approval pack gives a committee a short summary of the kit, dimensions, timber counts, site checklist and warranty link.
The founder designs, engineers and makes the galvanised steel corner brackets in Victoria. As a father and school teacher, he has focused the product on clear instructions, a repeatable octagon and a buying path that works for organisations rather than individual one-off projects.
Church and youth group FAQ
Allow most of a day for two people, using basic tools and the printed instructions, then complete the final edge and fixing checks.
Timber, ground surfacing, tools, labour and a ball are not included. The timber shopping list identifies the sleeper counts for the selected height.
The build overview is written for basic tools and two people. The organisation should decide who is suitable, follow the printed instructions and obtain local trades advice if the site or work requires it.
Set supervision to the organisation's policy and the ages using the pit. Check edges and fixings before use and inspect the timber and hardware periodically.
